Our history
As someone who has personally experienced, witnessed and studied leadership transformation in organizations for over 20 years, Dr. Shelli Hendricks founded Blue Horizon Solutions to make world-class leadership programs more accessible for individuals and small-to-medium businesses. Our practice is grounded in:
